The optimal heating of indoor surfaces with medium and large volumes requires one or more eco-efficient warm air generators in combination with a correctly dimensioned and designed air distribution system for uniform heating, precise control of the temperature and the distribution of fresh air.
Solution
We have installed two industrial hot air generators of the IH/AR K (ERP) series with a heating capacity of 116 KW. The floor standing version for external assembly includes insulated metal ducts that are directly connected to a certified textile air distribution system. This results in the maximum efficiency of the overall system with reduced pressure losses.
The electronic “soft starter” ensures a gradual inflating of the channels when starting the hot air generator. The system not only ensures maximum comfort but is also designed with regard to the safety of the environment with particularly careful design of the textile channels.
The IH/AR K condensing boilers are equipped with an innovative AISI 411 stainless steel Blowtherm Heat Exchanger and are suitable for both fresh air and circulating air operating mode. The air heater allows the use of special filter/cleaning systems and air-to-air energy recuperator.
