Spray painting for highest-quality surfaces requires powerful paint-booths that guarantee reliability and precision for both small and large batch sizes. With maximum flexibility and adaptability to different paint technologies. Solution
In close cooperation with the customer, we have implemented an individually optimized layout. The productive core area is an oversize spray booth for fully automatic painting processes. Supplemented by two small paint booths for manual finishing and a convection paint dryer. A centrally located, glazed, dust-free room is used to dry and ventilate the painted workpieces. The dust-free room is connected to all booths, the dryer and a paint mixing room.
The entire system is controlled via a tailor-made industrial PLC control with a touchscreen panel. This enables energy-efficient production processes and guarantees optimal control of the air supply and recirculation systems in all cabins. With automatic diagnosis, remote support service and Industry 4.0 functionalities. The heating and ventilation is provided by a high-performance unit with direct fired gas burner.
