The in-line layout is the ideal solution to make the handling of manufactured goods during the different processing stages smooth. From washing to preparation, from painting to drying, the different work areas must be well integrated so that there are no interruptions or downtime between one phase and the next.

A tunnel system was requested for the entire processing cycle of the artifact, from washing to paint drying, which would make the handling of large metal artifacts smooth, increasing the productivity of the plant.
Solution
We designed an in-line plant consisting of a large Space booth and a washing booth. The two components are perfectly integrated with each other so that the transition between the two work areas is smooth. Separation between the two areas is achieved through a roll-up door, and another sectional door subdivides the spray booth, allowing the creation of two independent areas. This makes it possible to reduce energy consumption during the drying phase in the case of artifacts that do not occupy the entire length of the booth.
Handling of artifacts is done by tracks integrated with the floor, while paint lift platforms make painting operations on large artifacts easier.
