{"id":12031,"date":"2023-09-25T10:36:02","date_gmt":"2023-09-25T10:36:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blowtherm.it\/?page_id=12031"},"modified":"2024-06-19T14:03:22","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T14:03:22","slug":"social-media-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.blowtherm.it\/en\/social-media-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Social media policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Blowtherm S.p.A. for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Blowtherm&#8221; or &#8220;Company&#8221;) uses some social media and instant messaging services for institutional communication purposes, particularly to promote awareness of the services offered.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the official institutional profiles of Blowtherm S.p.A. on social media and instant messaging services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Linkedin<\/strong>: https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/blowtherm-spa\/<\/li>\n<li><strong>Youtube<\/strong>: https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCk_fstFBI1e3rq4s4dLNZZg<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facebook<\/strong>: https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/blowthermpd\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any other social and messaging profiles that present themselves as referring to Blowtherm are NOT maintained by us or attributable to us.<\/p>\n<p>Through its institutional profiles on social media and instant messaging services, Blowtherm may share and relay content and messages of public interest and utility, including those posted by third parties (example: institutional entities, news agencies and news outlets, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Any comments under Blowtherm&#8217;s posts by users mentioning Blowtherm represent the opinions of individuals and not those of Blowtherm, which cannot be held responsible for what is published by third parties.<\/p>\n<h3>Management<\/h3>\n<p>Institutional profiles on Blowtherm&#8217;s social media and instant messaging services are managed by duly designated internal staff (hereafter &#8220;staff&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>There is no prior moderation. For this reason, Blowtherm asks users who interact with its social channels to respect some simple but important rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Express your opinion politely, fairly, respectfully and using appropriate language. Insults, vulgarity, insults, threats and, in general, violent or defamatory attitudes and behavior are not tolerated. It is understood that everyone is responsible, including legally, for the content they post and the opinions they express.<\/li>\n<li>Contents and comments must be relevant to the institutional activity of the Company and to the issues of personal data protection (on topic).<\/li>\n<li>Those who present data, news or opinions on specific facts or issues are encouraged to put forward well-founded and non-pretentious arguments and to refer to reliable and verifiable sources.<\/li>\n<li>Published content must always respect people&#8217;s sphere of confidentiality. References to facts or details lacking public relevance and affecting the personal sphere of third parties should be avoided in any case.<\/li>\n<li>No form of advertising, spam or promotion of private interests or lawful or unlawful activities is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Content that infringes copyright or unauthorized use of registered trademarks is not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Content<\/h3>\n<p>In any case, where possible, all posts, comments, or audio\/video materials that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>use inappropriate language and\/or a threatening, violent, vulgar or offensive tone;<\/li>\n<li>have content that is unlawful or inciting to engage in unlawful activities;<\/li>\n<li>have purposes of promoting products and services;<\/li>\n<li>disclose, directly or indirectly, personal data and information (names, email addresses, telephone numbers, tax numbers, bank account numbers, addresses, protocol numbers of documents or files, videos or photos of recognizable persons, etc.) or that in any way may cause damage or harm the sphere of confidentiality or reputation of those concerned;<\/li>\n<li>report, directly or indirectly, information referring to minors;<\/li>\n<li>have content that is discriminatory on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, language, religious belief, political opinion, sexual orientation, age, personal and social conditions, health;<\/li>\n<li>have spam purposes;<\/li>\n<li>promote or support lawful or unlawful activities, violate copyright, or misuse a registered trademark;<\/li>\n<li>in general are inconsistent with the institutional communication purposes of the Company and the communicative content of its social profiles (off topic).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For those who violate these conditions, Blowtherm reserves the right to use banning or blocking (when possible, after an initial warning) and, in the most serious cases (e.g. promotion or support of illegal activities or commission of any form of crime or harm to third parties), to report the user to the platform managers and possibly to the appropriate Companies.<\/p>\n<p>Blowtherm&#8217;s social channels may not be used to request (via direct messages, comments, mentions, etc.) personal information or direct assistance (e.g. on practices, personal issues, reports, etc.). For such needs one should always refer only to the official contact channels (indicated on the Society&#8217;s website: https:\/\/www.blowtherm.it).<\/p>\n<p>In general, direct response to mentions, messages or comments is not guaranteed, and it should be noted that there is no minimum or maximum response time. The staff reserves the right to respond to comments and messages or to intervene in discussions only when it sees the actual usefulness of doing so, also in terms of correct information to the public, and having assessed the correctness and appropriateness of the communicative style adopted by the user.<\/p>\n<p>People who follow a Blowtherm social media channel are not automatically followed.<\/p>\n<p>If Blowtherm follows other users&#8217; accounts, befriends them or includes them in its interest lists, or comments on other users&#8217; content and\/or attaches likes to it, this does not imply that the Company shares the line of thinking of the users concerned or endorses all content posted by them.<\/p>\n<h3>Protection of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>The processing of users&#8217; personal data complies with the policies in use on the platforms used.
