ISO coarse filtration class 60% (ISO 16890).<\/p>\n<h6>2 High efficiency plenum filters<\/h6>\n<p>They are installed in the filter <strong>plenum<\/strong> of the spray booth and provide to stop dust particles that have not yet been blocked by the previous prefiltering stage. ISO ePM10 55% filtration class (ISO 16890).<\/p>\n<h6>3 Paint stop filters<\/h6>\n<p>Paint stop fiberglass filters, laid under the <strong>grids<\/strong>, are intended to stop the <strong>solid part<\/strong> of the paint. ISO coarse 50% filtration class (ISO 16890).<\/p>\n<h6>4 Pocked post-filters<\/h6>\n<p>They are installed in <strong>exhaust<\/strong>, inside the <strong>thermoventilation<\/strong> unit. ISO coarse filtration class 60% (ISO 16890)<\/p>\n<h6>5 Activated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blowtherm.it\/prodotto\/depuratore-daria-a-carboni-attivi-green\/\">charcoal filters<\/a><\/h6>\n<p>The last stage involves toroidal or panel activated carbon <strong>cartridges<\/strong> specially designed to absorb the part of the solvent still <strong>nebulized<\/strong> in the spray as well as the solvent <strong>odors<\/strong> emitted into the atmosphere. The activated carbon air purifier is optimal when installed in addition to the traditional filtration system to have a more ecological impact and to have a high quality of the surrounding air.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The filtering system of the booths and preparation stations are designed to ensure a constant and <strong>uniform air flow<\/strong>, which ensures maximum <strong>efficiency<\/strong> of the painting process.
