The hybrid thermoventilation unit comes from the growing demand for energy efficiency and the possibility of using green energy coming from local production systems such as photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, cogeneration systems and biomasses, increasingly present in industrial plants and in modern body shops and industries.

Attention to the environment and the reduction of operating costs lead to carefully evaluating the choice of the power supply system for your painting system.

The dual power hybrid system allows you to use the most convenient energy source as the main power system or as a pre-heating of the air

This technology can take advantage of energy incentives, so you can benefit from discounts on the price of energy or installation (each country / region provides different solutions)

In addition, the installation of low energy powers allows you to fall into simplified classes, reducing bureaucratic tasks.

Blowtherm has a wide range of hybrid combinations, both with air flow and with high efficiency heat exchanger, combined with water or electric coils with different powers.

To maximize efficiency, the fan unit can be completed with a cross-flow heat recovery unit with an efficiency of up to 70%.

Solutions

The Hybrid thermoventilation unit provides a primary heating which can be:

  • Hot water battery with variable powers between 50 and 200 kW
  • Electric battery with variable powers between 66 kWh and 300 kW

In addition to the primary heating, there will be traditional secondary heating:

  • Direct fire burner (kW 116 – 232 – 269 and more)
  • Heat exchanger (diesel oil, natural gas, LPG) – 150/260 kW
  • Hot water battery (capacity as needed)
  • Electric battery (potential according to need)

All combinations are available. The power of the single elements must be evaluated according to the availability of energy by primary source and the type of heat recovery.

The Hybrid group is equipped with:

  • Heat recovery (50-70% efficiency)
  • PLC 7-10″ control panel, remote control via internet
  • Inverter for each motor
  • Smart energy control system
  • Atex motors on request

The Hybrid version can be applied to:

  • Ultra HE thermoventilation unit
  • Extra thermoventilation unit
  • Cram thermoventilation unit
  • Retrofit kit for existing systems (available space to be evaluated)
