High efficiency and low emissions in a large pressostatic structure
Training and supporting players in beach volleyball and organising sports events of national and international renown. These are the goals of the sports club where we have realised this new high-efficiency heating and ventilation system.

The club wanted to cover the four beach volleyball courts during the winter period with a single large pressostatic structure (44×26 m). Heating such large volumes of air requires special attention in the design of the system, both in terms of energy efficiency and the safety of the structure in all weather conditions.
Solution
We designed and installed a complete state-of-the-art system equipped with Smart Economy Mode, Blowtherm’s technology that allows savings of 30-40% compared to a traditional system.
The system consists of an IH/AS K condensing hot air generator for sports facilities, combined with a GVE emergency fan unit with LD generator set.
The system is equipped with an inverter and PLC remote control system to precisely manage and programme the fan heater unit’s parameters, allowing for increased efficiency and reduced emissions.
With the delivery of the system, our technicians carried out a short training session for the sports club’s staff, in order to be able to manage the system as efficiently as possible.
