Space-saving and cost-effective: the solution to improve productivity
The system was commissioned by a large public transport company, which regularly maintains the finish of vehicles in its workshop.

The customer required a complete bus maintenance facility that at the same time occupied as little space as possible within the plant. The installation and operating costs of the system had to be kept as low as possible, given the impact on the company’s overall budget.
Solution
We designed a facility consisting of a large Space booth and a Genius XL prep area.
To gain space inside the plant, the thermo-ventilating units were placed on the roof, leaving precious production area free. The units are equipped with heat recovery unit and inverter controlled by a PLC controls, which allows to increase the efficiency of the plant by recovering heat that would otherwise be lost and by precisely controlling the temperature and air speed.
