Features

  • The geometry of the heat exchanger has been studied to allow all the deformations that the steel produces in the heating process avoiding overheating conditions.
  • The efficiency of more than 90% is obtained through special turbolators placed inside the heat exchanger that guarantee an increase in efficiency of 3%.
  • The maintenance of the heat exchanger is particularly easy thanks to a front door that allows a direct inspection of the different smoke pipes and two inspection doors in the rear manifold.
  • The material used for all parts of the heat exchanger is HTGA 150 aluminized steel, a material with better characteristics than stainless steel: high thermal resistance (up to 1100 μc), high corrosion resistance, high elasticity and ability to withstand deformation due to high temperatures.
  • All these features combined with a standard thickness of 2 mm allow to offer a heat exchanger of the highest quality.
  • All turbolators (inside the heat exchanger) are made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
  • The welding process, fully tested in our factory, is a MIG welding process, performed in a protected atmosphere (Argon /CO2) and using RS30 stainless steel for welding joints.
