IH/HR thermoventilation units can be used to heat large and medium-sized industrial and commercial buildings and for industrial heating processes that require the movement of large air flows and high pressure such as drying and drying processes, room compensation with suction, and temperature-controlled production cycles.

They are high-efficiency units (> 90%), with controlled, environmentally friendly combustion and low consumption. With a full range of control and safety systems to fully meet the needs of industry.

Features

  • Sandwich paneling (10/10mm prepainted galvanized steel exterior, 60mm high-density mineral wool thermoacoustic lining, galvanized sheet metal interior).
  • Heat exchanger with flame reversal and three effective smoke passes, made of aluminized steel, for high-efficiency operation and reduced pollutant emissions. Especially suitable for industrial needs, even at high temperatures.
  • Inspection points for easy and quick maintenance.
  • Stainless steel smoke turbulators.
  • Single inlet centrifugal fans with backward curved blades with high efficiency (about 75%). Optional anti-spark fan for EX environment.
  • Closed type asynchronous 4-pole electric motors with internal cooling ventilation, class F, IP56, class IE3.
  • Electrical control panel, IP44 rated, for system management and control.
  • Thermostatic safety devices that automatically intervene when the maximum allowable temperatures are exceeded.
